Danny Bartlett, President
Danny joined the Board of Directors in June 2017. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and is VP of Finance & Administration of Northumberland Ferries Ltd., Bay Ferries Limited and Bay Ferries Management Limited. Danny has over 30 years in the transportation and tourism industry and brings a variety of business experience He also brings his knowledge and experience in financial management and strategic vision. Danny has sat on various boards including the Montague Waterfront Economic Development Corporation, Chair of the Tourism Industry Association of Nova Scotia and currently is a board member and Chair of the Risk and Audit committee for the crown corporation Tourism Nova Scotia.
Mike Annear, Vice-President
Mike has been a Project Manager at Kings County Construction for 25 years and brings knowledge and perspective to the Board of Directors of which he has been a member since June 2017. Mike is also an active member of the Montague Rotary Club and a very community-minded individual ensuring partnerships are created and maintained.
Craig Dykerman, Treasurer
Craig is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Senior Manager of Assurance Services at Grant Thornton LLP in 2019 and formerly, BDO Canada, where he has been employed since 2012. Craig brings to the Treasurer position of the Board of Directors a keen overview on financial matters and provides insight in strategic direction. He has been a Board Member of Inclusions East since June of 2016.
Teresa joined the Board of Directors in June 2016 and brings a personal perspective from her nursing background and current experience in the school system as an Educational Assistant working with children with various disabilities. Teresa has been a past member of the Board of Directors with the Autism Society.
Joining the Board of Directors in 2018, Sandra brings great experience and knowledge as Director of Nursing under Health PEI – currently of Riverview Manor and formerly Emergency Health Services, Long Term Care and Hospital Services East. Sandra has been involved in many community initiatives over the years such as Garden of the Gulf Museum and Montague Curling Club.
Robert joined the Board of Directors in 2019. Robert brings forth his educational background in Business Management with many years of experience. As an entrepreneur and businessperson for over 40 years spanning graphic arts/printing, construction, property management, tourism and the hotel industries as well as many ears with direct work in summer and after-school camps for children. Robert has also served in the capacity of President, Director and committee Chair as a member of Montague Rotary.
Mary Van Den Broek Grant
As of January 2021, Mary joined the Board bringing many years of business experience and success in agriculture-based businesses. Mary also possesses a strong sense of community with extensive network through family and business.
With many years of municipal service on Town Council, Wayne has joined the Board as of January 2021 with a strong commitment to see Inclusions East expansions and growth.
